Are there really no hidden fees?
Correct. Your lease will clearly show every cost: rent, your flat-fee utility amount, and any applicable deposit. No broker fees, no mystery admin fees, nothing that was not in your lease from day one. What you are quoted is what you pay.
What does the 7-day money back guarantee actually cover?
If your apartment on move-in day is not clean, not maintained, not ready, or not exactly as shown during your virtual tour, we will (1) make it right and (2) if you still don't love it you can move out within 7 days and get a full 100% refund. No questions. That is our commitment to you.
How quickly are maintenance issues handled?
Our target is resolution within 24 to 48 hours for standard repairs. Emergency maintenance is available 24/7. All requests are logged through your online resident portal so nothing falls through the cracks. If water is spreading and not contained, tell the operator immediately so it can be prioritized.
Are pets allowed? What is the policy?
Yes. Up to two pets per household, with a $300 non-refundable pet fee and $35 a month pet rent per pet. Breed restrictions apply. Service and support animals are always welcome, with no fees.
What if I need to break my lease?
Contact us as early as possible and we will work with you to explore your options. We also offer hassle-free transfers to any of our 1,000+ other Ohio townhomes and apartments if you need to relocate, without breaking your lease. Transfers are subject to availability and a qualification screening.
